What sizes do you stock?

A.

Certain dresses and styles go up to a size 32. In store, sample dresses are avaliable to try on in sizes 20/22. we have some dresses 'off the peg' in a size 8 upwards. This will depend on what we have in store at the time. We have different styles to suit everybody and every shape. 

Q.

When should I start looking for my dress dress?

A.

it is so exciting when you say yes to your partner & you are excited to start wedding dress shopping! however, your mindset is everything! through experience, it is important you are emotionally and finanically ready to commit to your dream dress,  so please bare this in mind when booking appointments. In wedding dress world, some gowns can take up to 20 weeks to arrive. If you are reordering than as much time as possible to ensure you have a smooth experience. If you are purchasing off the peg, then there is no need to wait and you can take that white lady home with you that day!

What are the price ranges for your dresses?

Our prices start from £100 - £1500

do you stock bridesmaids dresses?

a.

we stock out jacqueline louise multiway wrap dresses and these are available in 31 different colours. separate appointments are available to be booked so you can bring your bridesmaids. i kindly ask that this appointment service is used to try on and purchase wrap dresses. if you wish to view samples, the store is open on Tuesdays and Saturdays to view sample colours.

Do you stock wedding accessories?

A.

Of course! We have a selection of veils, belts, tiaras, jewellery and hair accessories. 

Q.

Do you have an in house seamstress for my alterations?

A.

April Moon Bridal does work with a seamstress. alterations start 8 weeks before your wedding date. these service is not included when purchasing your dress and therefore does incur extra cost. you are more than welcome to use this service even if you said yes to the your dress in a different bridal store.

Do I have to order my dress or can I take it home that day?

A.

April Moon Bridal does both! If you need a wedding dress to take home that day, then we have a variety of dresses 'off the peg'. This means that what is on the rail can be taken home that day and it's all yours! Some of the other dresses can be reordered in your size and then altered to fit you perfectly.

Can you reserve my dress?

A.

Unfortunately no 'off the peg' dresses can be reserved.

Do you offer payment plans?

A.

If you are ordering a dress then a 50% deposit will need to be made on the day you say the magical yes. The remaining 50% will need to be made by the time you collect your dress.

Q.

How long will my dress take to arrive?

A.

with the designers we use, your dress will be delivered in as little as 48 hours, 4 to 8 weeks or the maximum time of 20 weeks. 

Q.

Do you offer refunds?

A.

Unfortunately no refunds will or can be given on any dress purchased, whether this be off the peg or reordered. Terms and conditions will need to be signed when purchasing.

How many people can I bring with me?

A.

April Moon Bridal has space for up to 4 of your very important people to help you make your very important decision

Q.

is there a charge for appointments?

a.

No, however please let april moon bridal know as soon as possible if you can

no longer make your appointment. there is a £10 second appointment fee, which is redeemable if you say yes to your dress.

Q.

Can I wear fake tan and make up to my appointment?

A.

We please ask that no fake tan is worn, unfortunately if you have any fake tan on when you arrive, we may sadly have to ask you to return another time, due to fake tan and the colour white do not get along well together! Light make up maybe worn of course. 

Q.

Can I bring little ones?

A.

Of course! April Moon Bridal is small and cosy, so we can happily seat 4 people. Small well behaved children are welcome but please bear in mind we don't have too much space. we do have space for a pram or pushchair.
